Transcript Requests for College Applications to Schools in North Carolina
Students can send transcripts to all North Carolina colleges and universities for FREE through the College Foundation of North Carolina by visiting www.cfnc.org using the Application Hub link. Transcripts are sent electronically, and final transcripts are also sent automatically to the colleges/universities listed. Mid-year transcripts are not included.

- The first three requests are free. After the third request, there is a $5.00 charge.
Note that the Registrar will upload your transcripts to the NCAA after June 20, 2022.

Your counselor will upload your transcript electronically and submit it as part of your application package. There is no charge for transcripts requested this way. Please make sure you have entered the counselor's correct e-mail.

To order a transcript for a scholarship application, please use wcpss.scriborder.com and choose “scholarship” for the transcript reason. You must indicate the scholarship name when making the request. Please give our registrar 5 days to process your request.

SAT, ACT, and AP Score Reporting
Colleges and universities must receive SAT scores directly from www.collegeboard.org or ACT scores directly from www.act.org. AP scores also need to be sent directly from College Board. The Student Services Office does not send any SAT, ACT, or AP test scores to colleges or universities for students.

Counselor Forms and Recommendations
Counselor forms and recommendations should be done electronically whenever possible. The student supplies his/her counselor’s name and email on their application and the college will contact the counselor directly. Some schools have paper counselor forms. These should be turned into Student Services and will be completed by the student's counselor. It will then be mailed by the Registrar, along with a copy of the official transcript. Students must contact teachers directly for any teacher recommendations. Always be sure to allow ten days notice for counselor forms and recommendations. Students must submit a Brag Sheet to their counselor in order to receive a written recommendation.
