Final Transcript Reminders

If you applied In-State, request your transcript to be sent through your CFNC account. CFNC will also automatically send a FINAL transcript (in late June) to all colleges indicated in your CFNC account. YOU must pick the schools you want your transcript sent to. CFNC uses YOUR list to send transcripts.

If you applied to an Out Of State College, log onto www.scriborder.com to request your transcript be sent. In June, after graduation, YOU will also need to log onto www.scriborder.com to request that a FINAL transcript be sent to the college you are attending.

SAT, ACT, and AP Score Reporting
Colleges and universities must receive SAT scores directly from www.collegeboard.org or ACT scores directly from www.act.org.  AP scores also need to be sent directly from College Board. The Student Services Office does not send any SAT, ACT, or AP test scores to colleges or universities for students.
Counselor Forms and Recommendations
Counselor forms and recommendations should be done electronically whenever possible. The student supplies his/her counselor’s name and email on their application and the college will contact the counselor directly. Some schools have paper counselor forms. These should be turned in to Student Services and will be completed by the student's counselor. It will then be mailed by the registrar, Ms. Howard, along with a copy of the official transcript. Students must contact teachers directly for any teacher recommendations. Always be sure to allow ten days notice for counselor forms and recommendations. Students must submit a Brag Sheet to their counselor in order to receive a written recommendation.
